Dr Ash Sabri
Dr. Ash is the Principal Dentist at iCare Dental, provides clinical directions and oversees treatment plans, and provides supervision and second opinions where required. Dr. Ash qualified as a dentist from Baghdad University, before gaining a license in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons after moving to England. She is a Fellow Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, a Member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, and a Member of the Faculty of General Dental Practice. Dr. Ash held several positions including working for NHS and has a special interest in orthodontics, which led her to complete a post-graduate Certificate in Orthodontics. She recently started a master’s in Orthodontics in Germany. Ash is experienced in all types of orthodontic treatment, including metal, ceramic and self-ligating braces.
She regularly attends lectures and conferences to learn about the latest clinical techniques so that she can enhance his patient’s treatment.

Dr Halil Shair
Dr Halil Shair graduated as a dentist from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Dentistry in 2014. Ever since he has been passionate about providing quick, painless and the most optimal treatment results. Therefore, Halil has attended several post-graduate courses to keep his knowledge and skills up to date. From initial consultation to treatment, combining his experience in both general and cosmetic dentistry with his friendly, calm and approachable chair side manner, he creates a comfortable and relaxed environment to treat you effectively. Halil has done numerous cases of veneers, dental bonding and teeth whitening applications. In addition to his interest in dental aesthetics, Halil has been trained in facial aesthetics. His facial aesthetic treatments consist of using Dermal Fillers for anti-wrinkle treatments and Dermal Fillers for facial augmentation.
Whether you are coming in for a simple or complex treatment procedure, it is his priority to maintain the nature of teeth with respect to every individual in their unique way.

Dr. Nuria Salido Iniesta
I have a Masters’ degree in Master’s in Implantology, I specialise in Implantology, implant prosthodontics, restorative dentistry, and periodontics. I am highly trained to provide exceptional treatments with over 10 years of experience.
I am currently performing implant treatment which involves the placement of dental implants (immediate implants, single, multiple and full jaw rehabilitations as all on 6 TIAD), reconstruction of alveolar bone (GBR) with resorbable membranes, sinus lifts and additionally bone blocks using the Platelet Rich Factor treatment (PRF). I also enjoy doing some periodontal treatment and soft tissue grafting Surgery when required to provide implants with the best outcome possible. I have written several publications and have done presentations on numerous subjects relating to oral health and dental surgical processes.
In my free time, I enjoy music and have attended Aulos Music School, I speak fluent English and Spanish.

Dr. Andy Herbas
Dr. Andy Herbas graduated as a dentist from the Complutense University of Madrid, Faculty of Dentistry. He always stands first for the wellbeing of the patient so as to achieve their goals and settle doubts by giving the best treatment options. He is a trustworthy person with polite, cordial, and affable behaviour and exceptional bedside manners. He enjoys making the dental experience for all his patients as pleasant, enjoyable, and pain-free as possible. In addition, he is interested in oral pathology and he gained the Oral Medicine Diploma from the Complutense University of Madrid where he trained for the diagnostic and treatment of soft tissue pathology, including the early detection of oral cancer. He is motivated to continue learning so that he attends different conferences to keep updated and deliver the best service to his patients.

Overall, I am responsible for patients’ journey, from initial booking to completion of their dental treatment. I am obsessed with delivering exceptional service levels to patients
I am a highly ambitious person, ensuring I support all staff members to perform to their best abilities providing the best experience and services to its customers. My extended experience as a practice manager allows me to build my knowledge to make iCare Dental the best dental clinic. Throughout our practice, I managed to build full knowledge and understanding of patients’ needs and expectations and I can support all staff to meet their best performance, as I put customer service as the highest priority. My role also includes involves leading and developing your practice team to achieve 5-star service targets and deliver great customer service, including compliance.
I am responsible for the smooth running of the practice. I am actively involved in setting and monitoring the policies required to ensure that every aspect of dental care is safe and carried out to the highest standard possible. This also includes handling complaints.

I am a skilled and motivated dental nurse with 16 years of experience. I love to welcome patients to the surgery and make them feel comfortable.
Also, I am Highly adaptable and focused on patient treatment and all-around care, Confident and effective communicator and listener Making sure the patient is comfortable and as relaxed as possible during treatment. Working with both NHS and private patients has led to a broad understanding of the requirements needed to provide a trusted and efficient dental service.

Ms Sara Rinaldi
Sara is a Registered Dental Hygienist who graduated with honours from the University la Sapienza in Rome. She is patient-focused, and driven to provide a high quality of care. Sara enjoys educating patients on the importance of their overall oral health. She has extensive experience in periodontal disease.
She has experience with anxious patients and strives to put them at ease.

Dr Victoria Mähling
Dr Victoria Mähling is a Dentist who has gained valuable experience across both private practice and university dentistry. Having trained and worked at leading German academic institutions, including Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Heidelberg University and the University Medical Centre Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE), she combines a strong scientific grounding with a patient-centred approach to care.
Victoria enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and believes the best outcomes come from careful planning, meticulous attention to detail and clear communication.
Alongside her clinical work, Victoria has taught undergraduate dental students and contributed to research into AI-assisted dentistry.
She undertakes regular postgraduate training to remain at the forefront of modern, evidence-based care.
Victoria has a particular interest in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, digital dentistry and facial aesthetics, taking a holistic view of how a healthy mouth and a confident, natural-looking smile go hand in hand.
Outside the practice, Victoria enjoys running, yoga, music and exploring London’s cultural scene.

Dr. Louise Carnaby
Louise is a UK-based dentist with dual academic qualifications — a BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from King’s College London (First Class, 2022) and a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science (2:1, 2017).
She is a clinically skilled general dentist with special interest and advanced training in:

Dr Alessandro Lugarà
Dr Alessandro Lugarà is a caring and approachable dentist with a strong interest in restorative and implant dentistry. He enjoys helping patients restore both the function and appearance of their smiles through modern, evidence-based dental care.
Alongside providing comprehensive general dentistry, Alessandro has undertaken extensive postgraduate training in oral implantology and implant prosthodontics, with experience in implant restorations, full-arch rehabilitation and digital treatment planning. He is passionate about continuing to develop his clinical skills and keeping up to date with the latest advances in implant dentistry and digital workflows.

Dr Muhammad Atif Naeem
I am an experienced dental surgeon with over 20 years of experience in dentistry, having worked both in the UK and internationally. I qualified in Dental Medicine in 2003 and have since developed broad experience across many areas of general dental care.
Before practising in the UK, I spent many years working as a Chief Dental Surgeon, combining hands-on clinical dentistry with the management and administration of a busy dental practice. Over the years, I have developed particular experience in restorative dentistry, minor oral surgery and dental implant treatment.
My approach to dentistry is centred around the individual patient. I believe in taking the time to listen to your concerns, carefully assess your dental needs and clearly explain the treatment options available, so that you can make informed and comfortable decisions about your care.
Alongside general dentistry, I have a special interest in dental implants and minor oral surgery, and I continue to develop my knowledge and clinical skills through ongoing professional education.
Having treated patients from many different backgrounds throughout my career, I understand the importance of good communication and helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their dental visits.
I speak English, Urdu, Punjabi and Romanian, which allows me to communicate with a wide and diverse range of patients.
