I had a hygiene appointment with Mrs. Sara Rinaldi. She was very friendly and explained the proper technique for brushing teeth. However, the dental calculus was not thoroughly removed, so I’ll need to have the cleaning redone at another clinic.

I had a check up with Dr Halil and a Deluxe Clean with dental hygienist Sara. I was able to go in for an appointment incredibly quickly - within 24h of enquiring on both occasions! Everyone I met at the clinic was friendly, helpful, clear and patient. Dr Halil’s consultation was thorough and efficient, and he made me feel completely at ease. He recommended me to Sara for a deluxe clean to remove some stains that I had had for many years (and my previous dentist had not removed) - the results from Sara’s work were incredible! The stains were completely gone, and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very warm and put me at ease, gave me loads of very helpful tips to maintain the clean, and the clean itself was so thorough. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience with iCare dental. From the very beginning, they have been nothing short of amazing. I first came in needing a root canal something I was extremely nervous about but they made me feel at ease right away. The procedure was handled with such care and professionalism, and I left feeling genuinely surprised at how smooth and pain free it all was. Following that, I had a crown fitted, which again was done with so much attention to detail and comfort. They explained every step, made sure I was comfortable, and the result was perfect both functionally and aesthetically. But the real transformation began when I started my Invisalign journey with them. From the initial consultation through each check-in, they’ve been incredibly accommodating, supportive, and thorough. They’ve guided me through every phase, answering all my questions and making adjustments whenever needed. I genuinely looked forward to my visits! I also completed teeth whitening recently, which was the perfect finishing touch. The results have been amazing!!! I finally feel confident in my smile, and it’s made such a difference. A special thank you to Dr. Halil and Catarina, who have been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire journey. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made every step so much easier and even enjoyable. The ladies at the reception are always so lovely they set the tone for the entire visit and make every appointment feel comfortable the moment you walk in. What makes this practice even more special is that my children also come here and they are treated with the same warmth, care, and attention that I’ve experienced. It’s so reassuring knowing our whole family is in such capable hands. If you’re looking for a dental team that combines expertise with genuine care and a fantastic patient experience, I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
